This solicitation calls for a full‑scope, design‑build renovation of two hospital wards (2K and 2B) at the Birmingham VA Medical Center to create a modern Optometry/Ophthalmology clinic. The contractor will be responsible for demolition, structural modifications, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑suppression, fire‑alarm, low‑voltage, and commissioning work, all performed under strict VA infection‑control and safety requirements.
