The Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to execute a full renovation of the Community Living Center (CLC) East Wing and its courtyard at the Mann‑Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The work includes demolition, structural modifications, mechanical, electrical, plumbing upgrades, interior finishes, site‑work, landscaping, and all associated commissioning, warranty, and documentation. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, estimated between $1 M and $10 M, with a performance period of 389 calendar days.
