The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide full design‑build services for the remediation of an existing two‑story parking garage at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System in Reno, NV. The contractor must conduct a condition assessment, develop complete design documents, and execute structural concrete repairs, steel rehabilitation, coating applications, and traffic‑control measures to restore the garage to functional condition. The work includes demolition of damaged concrete, corrosion protection for reinforcing steel, replacement of deteriorated metal decking, application of protective coatings, and final striping and documentation.
• Scope covers full design, engineering calculations, permitting, construction, and close‑out (as‑built drawings, warranties).
• Contract value is estimated at $1.3 M; the project must be completed within 210 calendar days after notice‑to‑proceed.
