Description
The VA Pacific Islands Health Care System in Honolulu is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate Primary‑Care Module 2 (Building 30, MOD 2). The work covers demolition, floor replacement, wall and ceiling preparation, painting, door refurbishment, handrail and bumper guard replacement, lighting and electrical upgrades, limited plumbing work, and comprehensive infection‑control and safety measures. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with an estimated value between $500 K and $1 M, and must be completed within 143 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Contractors must be SDVOSBs, provide performance and payment bonds, and comply with VA Buy‑American and safety requirements.
