Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to perform structural concrete repairs on a parking garage at the Lexington VA Healthcare System Troy Bowling Campus. The work includes general construction, industrial hygiene, alterations, plumbing, and other items as detailed in the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings. This is a 100 % SDVOSB set‑aside contract valued between $2 M and $5 M, awarded using a Lowest‑Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection under FAR Part 15.
• Scope: Repair parking‑garage structural concrete, including associated trades (industrial hygiene, plumbing, alterations, etc.).
• Eligibility: Must be certified as an SDVOSB in SBA’s DSBS and be registered in SAM.
• Procurement: LPTA source‑selection; award based on lowest price meeting technical requirements.
