The VA is seeking a design‑build contractor to provide complete design, engineering, and construction services for installing shade‑only canopies over approximately 950 parking stalls and re‑configuring the parking layout at the Las Vegas VA Medical Center. The work must preserve 24/7 hospital operations, comply with VA and federal construction standards, include utility relocations, drainage, lighting, ADA‑compliant pathways, and a traffic‑management plan. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, two‑phase competition (technical Phase 1 followed by technical + price Phase 2) with a total performance period of about 550 calendar days.
