RFP026-46 Pulaski Gymnasium Floor Replacement

The City of Meriden is seeking a contractor to remove and replace the gymnasium floor at Casimir Pulaski Elementary School. The project includes removing the existing floor system, providing dumpsters for disposal, installing a new floor system, and conducting moisture testing. The contractor will be responsible for providing a Certificate of Insurance and complying with prevailing wage rates. The project is expected to begin on June 29, 2026, and be completed by August 7, 2026. • The contractor must be a Robbins Accredited Installation Company with MFMA Accredited Installers on-site. • The contractor must provide a list of at least three completed projects of similar magnitude and complexity. • The contractor must submit a Non-Collusive Bid Statement and a Proposer's Qualification Statement. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance and comply with prevailing wage rates. • The contractor must conduct moisture testing and provide test results to the Owner. • The contractor must install a new floor system, including a Robbins Bio-Channel SB floor system, and provide a warranty for the work.
