The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified general contractor to execute Phase II of the Cape Fear River Park development, a roughly 13‑acre public‑gateway project that will create green space, pedestrian pathways, parking, lighting, landscaping, and related infrastructure along the riverfront. The contract covers complete site development, grading, paving, utilities, lighting, irrigation, and finishing elements such as benches and signage.
