This notice serves as advance notification to the vendors identified in the attached contract list regarding the upcoming closeout action.
• The contracts listed have an expired period of performance and are fully invoiced.
• Vendors can contact the point of contact (POC) listed in the announcement if they prefer a bilateral contract closeout modification or have a valid reason why the closeout should not proceed.
• Unilateral contract closeout will begin ten business days after the posting of this announcement.
• The notice includes a list of contracts with their award numbers, contractors, contract types, and periods of performance.
