Blount County Courthouse Plumbing and Bathroom Rnovations

The project involves replacing all existing outdated plumbing and drain lines in the middle wing annex of the Blount County Courthouse. The renovations will also include the renovation of the existing bathroom facilities on all 4 levels of the existing wing. The work will include updating existing bathrooms to current ADA standards. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall perform all work necessary for the completion of the bid's specifications. • The project requires a general contractor to replace sewer lines, purchase and install the required fixtures, and repair any disturbed areas. • The contractor must be licensed with the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994. • The project involves working in an occupied facility, and the contractor must coordinate with Blount County to determine a specific work schedule. • The contractor must verify all dimensions and conditions at the project site prior to the start of any work. • The project requires compliance with all applicable codes adopted by the City of Maryville, including all amendments and modifications thereto.
