Sidewalk Improvements along Old Nyack Turnpike

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of sidewalk improvements along Old Nyack Turnpike (County Route 52) in the Village of Spring Valley, including clearing and grubbing, excavation and disposal, installation of subbase, new concrete sidewalks and driveways, curb ramps, cast-in-place concrete curbing, pavement restoration and asphalt paving, modifications to existing drainage structures, topsoil and turf restoration, pavement cutting and preparation, new pavement markings and signage, surveying, and related site restoration. The Contractor shall also provide and maintain all required work zone traffic control, pedestrian accommodations, erosion and sediment control, utility coordination, and other incidental work necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable NYSDOT standards and specifications.
