Code Enforcement Demolitions

The City of Warner Robins is seeking bids for demolition services for various addresses in Warner Robins, Georgia. The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete demolition services in accordance with the bid documents. The contractor must clear, remove, and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location and restore the lot to natural grade and conditions. The bid price shall include all costs of the bidder's performance of the work, including labor, supervision, travel, services, materials, fuel, equipment, tools, scaffold, hoisting, transportation, surcharge, storage, insurance, and taxes. • The bid must be submitted via the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time. • The bidder must possess a current and valid business license/occupational tax certificate. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including Worker's Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability, Comprehensive Automobile Liability, and Umbrella Liability. • The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
