The Department of Defense, via DLA Weapons Support (Warren), is issuing a total small‑business set‑aside solicitation for the purchase of seven (7) Gear Assemblies, Speed Decreasing (NSN 3010‑01‑570‑7721, MFR Meritor, Part No. A86015445) with an additional option for another seven (7) units. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price award and may be conducted through a reverse auction if the contracting officer elects. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, provide full supply‑chain traceability documentation (unless the offeror is the manufacturer), and arrange for Government inspection at origin prior to shipment. Delivery is FOB Destination; the exact delivery location will be provided later. Only approved sources or distributors may submit offers, and the solicitation is limited to small‑business, HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB set‑aside categories.
