Description
The Fayette County Board of Education is seeking bids for the renovation of Crabapple Lane Elementary School in Peachtree City, Georgia. The project involves construction services as defined in the plans and specifications. Bidders must be general contractors licensed in the State of Georgia for the size and scope of the project, with a valid license for at least 5 years prior to the bid receipt date. The bid documents can be obtained from the office of BRPH Architects Engineers, Inc.
• The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of at least 5% of the Base Bid.
• A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required at the execution of the Owner-Contractor Agreement, each equal to 100% of the Contract Price.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities and informalities.
• A site visit is required before bid submission, and bidders must coordinate with the Owner prior to arrival.
