Description
The Florida Division of Emergency Management is seeking to purchase annual support and maintenance of the PA Portal website database from a single source, CIVIX (MB3 Inc.). The PA Portal website is designed for the online application and management of the Public Assistance Grant in Florida for state and local governments in returning a disaster area to pre-disaster conditions. The system shall also provide the State with detailed financial reports with quarterly management reports.
• The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• The commodity or contractual service required is Application Server Software (UNSPSC code: 43232701).
• The intended use of the commodity or service is to support and maintain the FloridaPA.org website.
