Aircraft Wash and Lubrication (C-5)

The United States Air Force is seeking proposals for Aircraft Wash and Lubrication services for the C-5 aircraft at Westover Air Reserve Base in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The contractor will be responsible for performing aircraft wash, corrosion control, and miscellaneous services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services will include aircraft wash services management functions, aircraft wash, lubrication, and cleaning services, emergency services, environmental compliance, and facility maintenance. The contract will be awarded on a Firm-Fixed Price basis, and the award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. • The NAICS code for this opportunity is 488190, with a small business size standard of $40M. • The solicitation is a 100% small business set aside, restricted to small businesses only. • The contractor must certify provision 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and must have an active Cage Code prior to award. • The contract period will be from February 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with four option years. • The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date, and has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs in the event of cancellation.
