NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT - Craig Warehouse Parking Lot

The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is providing notice of final settlement for the Craig Warehouse Parking Lot project. The settlement will be made with the contractor, CRC, Inc, on July 22, 2026. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project may file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the authorized individual, Jeremy Gilliam. Failure to file such a statement prior to the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from any and all liability for such claim. • The project involves the construction of the Craig Warehouse Parking Lot. • The settlement date is July 22, 2026. • Claims must be filed with Jeremy Gilliam, the authorized individual. • The State of Colorado will be relieved of liability for any claims not filed prior to the final settlement.
