Description
The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking a qualified contractor to build out level 6 and level 7 of the San Pedro II Building. The scope of work includes building construction, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing equipment and fixtures, electrical maintenance and repair, and other related services. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing the project according to the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.
