Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide facility improvements at the Rose Lake State Game Area in East Lansing, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, and will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. The contract will be for a not-to-exceed fee, and the phases of the project include preliminary design, final design, construction administration - office services, and construction administration - field inspection services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The contractor must submit a complete, straightforward response to this Request for Proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of their understanding of the project requirements and their plan for accomplishing the project.
• The contractor must identify all key personnel that will be assigned to the contract, including their names, titles, and roles and responsibilities.
• The contractor must provide a detailed, chronological resume of all proposed key personnel, including a description of their work experience relevant to their proposed role.
• The contractor must provide an organization chart outlining authority and communication lines for each professional firm, including key personnel, sub-consultants, client agency, and DTMB.
