The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to supply fifteen (15) large‑diameter double‑offset butterfly valve assemblies—including gear‑boxes and required extensions—for two water‑treatment facilities (Lanier Filter Plant and Shoal Creek Filter Plant). The valves must meet AWWA C504/C516, NSF‑61, and related standards, and will be delivered FOB Destination to each plant. No installation is required; existing electrical actuators will be reused. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the July 13 2026 deadline, and the bid opening will be virtual.
• Scope: Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑in., 72‑in., 96‑in., 108‑in.) with compatible gear‑boxes and stainless‑steel extensions where needed.
• Technical Requirements: AWWA C504/C516 compliance, ductile‑iron or stainless‑steel bodies, 75 psi (150 psi test) pressure class (150 psi for 72‑in. units), NSF‑61‑approved epoxy coating, and full documentation (drawings, certifications, O&M manuals).
• Delivery: FOB Destination, freight prepaid, to the Lanier and Shoal Creek plants in Buford, GA; unit pricing must include all taxes, freight, and handling.
• Submission: Two duplicate sealed envelopes, signed addendum #1, required affidavits (E‑Verify, ethics, non‑collusion), and three similar project references.
