The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for the procurement of a CALIBRATOR,PORT,HD, as described in the solicitation. The contractor shall provide the item in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. The quotation should include pricing support, such as an estimated informal cost breakdown, previous sales invoices for the item, or other supporting cost/price information. The contractor must also provide supply chain traceability documentation and ensure that the item is free from mercury contamination.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping.
• The contractor must provide a 60-day quote validity.
• The contractor must submit pricing support, such as an estimated informal cost breakdown, previous sales invoices for the item, or other supporting cost/price information.
