Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a contractor to provide landscape services at multiple facilities within Region 2. The contractor will be responsible for implementing the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and adhering to the County's terms and conditions. The contract term is anticipated to be three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods and six month-to-month extensions. The contractor must have at least three cumulative years of experience providing landscaping services for public entities or commercial businesses.
• The contractor will be required to provide landscape services, including mowing, edging, and plant trimming.
• The contractor must comply with the County's minimum mandatory requirements, including having no unresolved questioned costs over $100,000 and attending the mandatory proposers' conference.
• The contractor must also comply with the County's labor laws and regulations, including the Living Wage Program.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their business proposal, cost proposal, and experience.
