Eagle Point Park Sidewalks

The City of Clinton is seeking proposals for the construction of a 3800 linear foot trail at Eagle Point Park. The project includes the construction of a 6-foot-wide trail with a 4-inch PC surface on top of a 7-foot-wide 6-inch modified base. Additionally, the project requires the stripping and storage of over 700 yards of topsoil, excavation, and subgrade treatments. The project also includes the installation and removal of 2500 linear feet of straw wattle to prevent erosion. The city council will award the bid at their meeting on February 24, 2026. The selected contractor must return the signed contract, performance bond, and agreement to comply with the city's safety manual by March 6, 2026.
