One (1) Year Contract for Model Year 2027 Heavy Duty Vehicles

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a one-year contract to supply Model Year 2027 heavy-duty vehicles for the Department of Fleet Management. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must submit their bids online via the Jefferson Parish eProcurement site. The bid includes specifications for the vehicles, such as engine type, transmission, axle configuration, and safety features. Bidders must also provide proof of insurance, a Louisiana State Dealer's License, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contract is for one year, with no guaranteed minimum amount of vehicle orders. • The successful vendor must deliver vehicles within 220 days of order placement. • The vendor must provide two sets of manuals for each vehicle delivered. • The vendor must pick up and/or deliver vehicles for factory maintenance and/or warranty services within 24 hours of notification. • The contract includes requirements for vehicle warranty, safety specifications, and insurance.
