Description
The Town of Brookline is seeking qualified design firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the replacement of Fire Station 5. The project consists of the demolition and/or replacement of the existing facility and the design and construction of a new, modern fire station that meets the operational needs of the Brookline Fire Department and all applicable code and NFPA requirements. The project currently has an estimated construction budget of approximately $20,000,000.
• The RFQ will be available beginning May 6, 2026, and may be obtained by contacting the Town of Brookline Building Commission at (617) 730-2100.
• A non-mandatory site walk-through will be held May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Fire Station 5, 49 Babcock St. Brookline, MA.
• Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027.
