26-26 Highpoint Boat Ramp Project

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks bids from qualified vendors to construct a new boat ramp at Highpoint Park. The project may be reimbursed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Grant Agreement 25051. The successful bidder shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to complete the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2026. • Bidders must be Florida licensed General Contractor or Marine Contractor. • The bid deadline is Thursday, April 9, 2026, 2:00 pm (CDT). • The contract shall be valid to Bay County for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening. • The successful bidder shall sign and deliver to the County Chief Procurement Officer all required contract documents within 10 days after receipt of the Notice of Award.
