Notice of Intent Sole Source

The US Section International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to execute a Sole Source Award to LB Technology for maintenance, technical support, and continued operational sustainment of the IBWC GPS Fleet Tracking System. The system consists of proprietary GPS tracking hardware installed under previous contracts with LB Technology. The statutory authority permitting this acquisition is FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source. • The contract is for maintenance, technical support, and continued operational sustainment of the IBWC GPS Fleet Tracking System. • The system consists of proprietary GPS tracking hardware installed under previous contracts with LB Technology. • The statutory authority permitting this acquisition is FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source. • Interested parties may submit an offer or quotation by August 14, 2026, to be considered by the agency.
