Budget estimate

$1,200,000 – $3,600,000

The RFQ calls for up to 1,200,000 lb of PAC. Market prices for powdered activated carbon typically range from $1 to $3 per pound, depending on purity, bromination, and delivery terms. Assuming the winning vendor supplies the full quantity at the low end ($1 lb) the contract value would be about $1.2 million; at the high end ($3 lb) it could be roughly $3.6 million. Thus the estimated earnings range is $1‑4 million, with the final amount depending on unit pricing, optional renewals, and any additional freight or service fees included in the bid.
