Description
The Yakima County Public Services Department is seeking bids for the 2026 Cheyne Crushing and Stockpiling Project. The project involves the crushing and stockpiling of materials, including Crushed Surfacing Base Course, 1/2"-1/4” Crushed Screenings, 1”-0” Crushed Screenings, and 1/4”-0” Crushed Screenings. The approximate principal quantities are 40,000 Tons, 70,000 Tons, 9,000 Tons, and 9,000 Tons respectively. The project is funded by Yakima County ER&R funds.

• An optional paper set of project plans and specifications may be obtained at the Office of the County Engineer for $100.00 per set, non-refundable.
• All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier’s check or surety bond payable to Yakima County Treasurer in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid.
• The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof.
