The City of Doral seeks a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive instructional tennis program at Doral Legacy Park for youth, adults, seniors, and special‑needs participants. The contractor must supply certified instructors, develop class schedules, manage participant registration (including background checks), provide all equipment and instructional materials, and enforce city policies while operating exclusively on a single designated court. The contract is a three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and compensation is based on a revenue‑share model (approximately 70‑75% of gross registration fees to the provider).
