MWBE/SDVOB Opportunity CSB for 25th Fl. Construction at 1 Centre St. NY, NY

Prismatic Development Corporation, a GC located in East Hanover NJ is seeking bids from qualified MWBE and SDVOB firms for the Interior Renovations of the 25th Fl. at 1 Centre St. NY, NY to create a surge space. The 25th Floor interior shall undergo renovations in order to upgrade the offices within the space, making way for future workspace functioning and requirements. Major elements of the renovation include but are not limited to: replacement of all windows on the floor, furring out the perimeter in order to meet current energy codes, addition of two convenience stairs at the wings, and replacement of the 24th Floor roof that surrounds the floor and 25th floor roof directly above the floor. A full MEP scope is also included. MWBE goals for the project are 30% M/WBE with disaggregated goals as following: Black American: 16% Hispanic American 14%.
