ITB 2026-004 Heavy Duty Vocational and Dump Trucks Addendum

Webb County is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of two (2) Dump Trucks and three (3) Heavy Duty Vocational Trucks with WET Kits. The formal bids accepted will require unit pricing. The trucks must meet specific product specifications, including being new current models, with warranty options, and additional fees. The county reserves the right to award the bid to one or multiple vendors. • The trucks must be comparable to Peterbilt 567 (Qty. 3) and Peterbilt 548 (Qty. 2) • The trucks must have specific features such as double tandem rears with matching front for pulling 80K lbs, 400 HP or higher engine, dual line wet kit, and electric tarp • The trucks must meet the requirements outlined in the ITB document, including compliance with Texas laws and regulations • The bidder must provide a statement that they are not prohibited from entering into a contract with Webb County as a result of a financial interest • The bidder must disclose any existing or potential conflict of interest relative to the performance of the requirements of this ITB
