The City of Salina is seeking qualified, lead‑certified contractors to perform exterior rehabilitation work on a residential property under its Neighborhood Repair & Rehab Program. The scope includes removal and replacement of second‑floor siding, repair and painting of existing siding, fascia, soffits, and a front porch, as well as compliance with lead‑safe work practices. Bidders must have a UEI, obtain the full project manual by April 10, 2026, complete a mandatory site walk, and submit sealed bids by the deadline.
• Exterior siding removal/replacement (second floor) and flash work
• Repair, prime, and paint of main‑floor siding, gables, fascia, soffits, and porch components
• Structural porch repairs (posts, guards, handrails, ceiling, floorboards)
