Design Support Consultant (15% SBE Goal)

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking design support consultant services on an as-needed basis. The selected consultant will provide a range of design support services, including civil engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, systems engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering, architecture, surveying, and emergency response/emergency repair design and construction oversight. The consultant will work with RTD staff to provide design support services for various projects, including parking structure repairs, miscellaneous facilities projects, light rail systems upgrades, and commuter rail track and systems work. The consultant will be expected to demonstrate expertise and experience in each of the required categories and provide a detailed technical proposal, including information on firm capabilities and experience, technical and management approach, staff qualifications, and experience in the RTD eight-county area. • Design support services for various projects • Collaboration with RTD staff • Demonstration of expertise and experience in required categories • Provision of detailed technical proposal • Compliance with RTD's SBE Contract Requirements and 49 CFR Part 26
