Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

No specific funding amount is disclosed. Based on typical NYSERDA design‑support grants for statewide residential projects, funding can range from a few hundred thousand dollars for small‑home builders to a couple of million dollars for larger multifamily partners. The estimate assumes a mid‑size project requiring extensive design, modeling, and training services, leading to an anticipated contract value between $500,000 and $2,000,000. Factors influencing the final amount include project size (single‑family vs. multifamily), scope of technical assistance, and the level of all‑electric performance requirements.
