Okee-One Demolition

Indian River State College is seeking proposals for the demolition of buildings located at the Okee-one date site. The project includes three phases: Phase I - demolition of buildings 51-65 and 7200, Phase II - demolition of buildings E, 49, A, 50, and 66-72, and Phase III - demolition of remaining structures within the fenced perimeter. The successful proposer will be required to provide all equipment and labor necessary to complete the project. The college reserves the right to award one, multiple, or all phases to the same or different firms. • Phase I includes demolition and site clearing, environmental and asbestos abatement activities, and incorporation of findings from the Site Investigation Report and demolition plan map. • Phase II includes demolition and removal of buildings, continuation of required asbestos and environmental remediation, and site clearing and restoration. • Phase III includes demolition of remaining structures, final grading, stabilization, and site restoration.
