Description
* The project involves the expansion of the Suwanee Creek Diversion Pump Station, including replacement of existing pumps, demolition and installation of new chemical feed tanks, and rehabilitation of the existing diversion structure.
* The scope of work includes:
1. Replacement of six existing pumps with new dry-pit submersible type pumps.
2. Demolition and installation of a new chemical feed tank, system, and pumps.
3. Rehabilitation of the existing diversion structure.
4. Installation of new electrical equipment, including variable frequency drives and control panels.
5. Demolition and expansion of the existing chemical room.
6. Installation of a new emergency back-up generator.
7. HVAC and ventilation improvements.
8. Instrumentation and control system updates.
9. Replacement and rehabilitation of existing process piping.
10. Structural improvements, including replacement of existing slide gates and grating.
* The project is to be substantially complete within 720 days after the contract commencement date.
* A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
* Questions regarding bids should be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on November 26, 2025.
* Sealed bids must be delivered to the Owner by 2:50 PM on December 11, 2025.
