SCINet Engineering Program Support

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking comprehensive support for the management and operation of the Scientific Computing Initiative Network (SCINet) program. This includes technical labor support, network engineering services, and collaboration with associated institutions and programs. The work encompasses networking infrastructure and services support for high-performance computing (HPC) clusters, large-scale data storage systems, and associated maintenance and renewal services. • The contract will be for a period of one year with four optional one-year extensions. • The contractor will be required to provide a technical approach, key personnel, and pricing information. • The evaluation criteria will include prior experience, technical approach, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
