The U.S. Navy, via NAVFAC EXWC, is soliciting a single 40‑ton hydraulic sliding‑axle trailer to replace an aging fleet. The contractor must provide a fully engineered, DOT‑compliant trailer with a hydraulic winch, pony motor, 20‑k‑lb winch, air‑ride suspension, ABS, and a suite of safety and lighting features. All drawings, technical data, warranty information, and compliance documentation must be submitted with the quote. The trailer must be capable of 100 mph highway travel, 85 % availability, and operate in extreme temperatures (‑25 °F to 130 °F).
