Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the remodel of the Guest House at Wild River State Park in Center City, Chisago County. The project includes interior work such as bathroom, kitchen, interior doors, walls, and floors, as well as exterior work including ramp, deck, exterior doors, windows, and concrete parking pad. The project must be completed by September 30, 2026.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 27, 2026, at 10:30 am.
• The bidder must submit all responses electronically through the Swift Portal.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and meet the specifications called for in the event.
• The bidder must comply with Minnesota Statutes 177.30-32, 177.41-44, 16B, and 16C relating to prevailing wages.
• The bidder must upload all required attachments, including the Qualification Form, Attachment A – First Tier Subcontractors List, Solicitation Bond Forms, and Workforce & Equal Pay Declaration Form.
