Downtown WRF 3 MGD Expansion

The City of Celina is seeking bids for the construction of the Downtown WRF 3 MGD Expansion project. The project includes the construction of a headworks facility, influent pumping facility, aeration basin facilities, secondary clarification, and return activated sludge (RAS) and waste activated sludge (WAS) pumping facility. The project also includes the installation of additional UV disinfection trains and associated appurtenances, electrical distribution, and a standby power generator unit.
