Description
The City of Los Angeles, through its Economic and Workforce Development Department and sub‑recipient 11:11 Projects, is seeking qualified contractors to perform façade improvements on four commercial properties along Reseda Boulevard (6900, 6933, 7001, and 7025 Reseda Blvd.). The work includes exterior painting, signage, awnings, plaster/stucco repair, window and door replacement, exterior lighting, anti‑graffiti film, and other site‑specific enhancements. Contractors must attend a mandatory job‑walk on September 8, submit a lump‑sum bid by September 16, and be able to complete all work within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. Prevailing‑wage and Davis‑Bacon requirements apply, and performance and payment bonds equal to the contract amount are required after award.
