Wheel & Tire Racks with Roller Kits Sources Sought

The US Air Force is seeking sources for the provision of wheel and tire racks with roller kits for storage at the Royal Air Force (RAF) Mildenhall in the United Kingdom. The racks must meet specific requirements, including having a clear internal bay width of 720mm or 550mm, being suitable for wide-body and narrow-body main wheels or nose/main wheels, and having a maximum loading capacity of at least 110kg per bay. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to supply and install the racks. The warranty period for the racks and roller kits must be a minimum of 12 months. • The racks must have ramps for each bay to allow for easy loading/unloading of wheels and tires. • The racks must have signage showing the maximum loading capacity. • The racks must be finished in a high-visibility powder coating and be corrosion resistant. • The contractor must ensure that all items supplied conform to UK health and safety regulations. • The contractor must provide detailed assembly instructions and suitable fixings for the racks.
