GREENVILLE TEXAS FLAG POLE: REBID

The City of Greenville, Texas, is seeking a qualified firm to provide design-build construction services for a new flagpole located at the intersection of IH 30 and Wesley Street (Highway 34). The selected firm will be responsible for designing and building the flagpole. The City expects the selected firm to provide a comprehensive proposal, including a cost proposal, bid bond, payment bond, performance bond, certificate of insurance, executive summary, proposed schedule, and other relevant information. • The project requires the design and construction of a new flagpole. • The selected firm must provide a comprehensive proposal, including all required documents and information. • The City expects the selected firm to meet the timelines indicated in the RFP and provide a schedule for the project. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. • The City will make interim payments based on the percentage of work performed, with net 30 payment terms applying to all contracts and purchase orders.
