On-Call Landscape Architectural Services

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals for on-call landscape architectural services. The selected consultant will provide services on a project-by-project basis, including plan review, landscape architectural design, and construction documentation. The consultant will also be required to coordinate with other city departments and assist in updating the Parks Construction Standards. The city intends to award between three to five on-call agreements. • The scope of services includes dedicating a single point of contact and a consistent landscape architect to work with the Department project managers. • The consultant must be thoroughly familiar with the Parks Construction Standards and Public Works Design & Construction Standards. • The consultant will provide plan review services for private development that impacts Department assets. • The consultant will coordinate with other city departments on behalf of the Parks, Recreation & Libraries department. • The consultant will assist in updating the Parks Construction Standards details in AutoCad. • The consultant will provide landscape architectural services on a project-by-project basis. • The consultant will communicate both verbally and in writing regarding project and plan review status updates. • The consultant will review contractor invoices and recommend approval to the city's project manager. • The consultant will prepare master plan renderings and complete set of construction documents with cost estimates and specifications for park and/or major rehabilitation or retrofit projects.
