The Navajo Nation’s Western Regional Business Development Office is seeking qualified, licensed road‑paving contractors to construct a new parking lot covering approximately three‑quarters of a one‑acre site at the Barney Enterprise, LLC “Tuba City Auto” facility. The work must follow the detailed design prepared by Hooghan, LLC, meet ADA standards, include proper drainage, utility coordination, and a pre‑paving site inspection, and adhere to all Navajo Nation procurement and safety regulations. Vendors must be registered under the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act, submit sealed bids with a separate cost envelope, and provide extensive documentation (insurance, financials, certifications). The contract will be awarded after evaluation of technical merit and cost, with the award expected on August 21 2026.
