Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional service contractor to provide design services for the repair of Building 6131 at the Grayling Air to Ground Gunnery Range in Frederic, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes schematic design, preliminary design, final design, construction administration - office services, and construction administration - field services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

• Providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Demonstrating experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects
• Providing a detailed work plan and methodology for accomplishing the project
• Including a detailed time-sequenced schedule for the project
• Allowing time in the schedule for owner’s review
• Ensuring that all professional services offered are provided, whether or not they are within the contractor’s organization
• Assuming responsibility for all professional services offered
• Providing a prime professional with a license to practice in the State of Michigan
• Ensuring that all key personnel are knowledgeable about contractual requirements and respond to state inquiries within 24 hours.
