Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The US Section International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government's intent to execute a Sole Source Award for the maintenance of Hach wastewater equipment and related instruments installed at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant. The intended contractor is Hach Company, and the work includes providing repair and maintenance services to Hach manufactured instruments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 – Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the performance of maintenance of the HACH wastewater equipment and related instruments. • All maintenance must ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1910 (OSHA General Industry). • The contractor must be certified to work on Hach Wastewater Equipment and authorized to work on Hach Wastewater Equipment.
