CPA Audit Services FY26

The University of Houston System is seeking a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm to perform review services engagement and optional Title IV financial audits. The selected firm will be required to conduct the audit in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The scope of work includes performing an institutional audit and Title IV financial audit for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). • The audit will be conducted in accordance with SARS issued by the AICPA. • The selected firm will be required to submit its qualifications for the award of a contract. • The contract will be awarded to a qualified CPA firm or governmental auditing agency. • The audit will be performed for University of Houston institutions audited as part of a system-wide or statewide audit.
