The U.S. Army is seeking a single‑award, five‑year firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract to produce Type V Airdrop Main Panel Assemblies (NSN 1670‑01‑304‑3006, Part 11‑1‑2780‑8). The contractor must supply between 426 and 1,110 packaged units (each package contains four panels) over the contract term, with a guaranteed minimum of 426 packages. The solicitation includes a Technical Data Package (Distribution Statement A) that must be obtained before bid preparation, requires first‑article testing (or a waiver) and imposes MIL‑STD 1916 inspection and acceptance criteria at the contractor’s origin facility.
